I can assist you with conducting a Bid process among a number of contractors you invite to participate.
During this period, I will respond to questions about the project or design details that might come up as the contractors visit and prepare their bid proposals for you.
After you have received the bids, I will help you to organize and Evaluate these so you can determine the contractor that best suits the needs of your project.
Or, if you already have a contractor you want to work with, I can help by responding to technical questions about the design and details – so both you and your contractor are comfortable with understanding the scope of the project prior to Negotiating an agreement.
